Hytech Slide is a product that can perform the analysis by contacting the medium with all surfaces for microbiological analyzes. It is possible to take samples from personnel, equipment, solid and liquid all surfaces.
Hytech Slide hygiene control kits are designed to perform two different analyzes practically. You can easily work by taking sample from solid or liquid surface.

The same or different medium can be poured on the two surfaces of the Hytech Slide. Thus, more than one microorganisms can be analyzed with only one kit.
There are 10 products in one box of Hytech Slide. It is recommended to store products between 10 – 25°C
Each Hytech Slide has 2 medium zones. Both surfaces were divided into 10 zones of 1 cm2. Thus, the results can be given as numbers in 10 cm2 or as density if desired.

Method of Application
For application,cap of the Hytech Slide is opened by turning and the Hytech Slide is removed from the tube. Hytech Slide is contacted by pressing lightly on the surface to be applied. Thanks to its 90 degree bendable structure, the medium comes into contact with the surface even difficult to apply , sloping and narrow.
For liquid samples, it will be sufficient that Hytech Slide is dipped in liquid and removed. After contact medium with the surface , the Hytech Slide is placed back into the tube and the cap is closed and incubated vertically.
Incubatıon Times
Inkubation temperature and time is 37 C’ and 24-48 hours for bacteria, is 25 C and 72-120 hours for yeast and moulds. You can perform incubation in room conditions that meet the required conditions according to the analysis you desire.
