DiaTek Hypet Aqua medium are designed for membrane filtration analysis. Medium suitable for all analyzes that can be made by membrane filtration is produced, especially for water analysis.
Membrane filtration method, which has been used safely for years, is preferred in the analysis of high volume liquid samples. This method provides the possibility of analysis of high volume samples and accurate results even in liquid samples with very low microbiological load.
The liquid sample is passed through a sterile membrane filter and the membrane is placed on the filter medium. The medium is incubated at the required temperature and time to complete the analysis.
Sterile Hypet Aqua media can be supplied with or without membrane filter.
Hypet Aqua is prepared in tight lipped and vacuum packs of 10.
It İs easy to use, practical and safe. After filtration, it is sufficient to place the membrane filter on the medium. (No preparation, no wetting of the medium, etc.
It minimizes the risk of contamination thanks to its safe and single-stage use.
Quality control of each lot produced is carried out by an accredited external laboratory and an analysis certificate is provided if requested.
Shipments are carried out with special boxes and ice batteries to maintain the cold chain.
